What is the HTX Affiliate Program?

HTX Affiliate Program can be divided into two types of trades: Spot and Derivatives. Through this program, you can create unique referral links that invite new users to register and trade on HTX. Anyone who clicks the link and completes the signing up progress becomes your referral. You will receive commission on every trade they make, whether it is on HTX Spot or HTX Derivatives. 
 

How to join the HTX Affiliate Program

1. To apply and start earning commissions, go to the HTX website, scroll down and select [Affiliates Program].

2. Click on [Apply Now] to continue.
3. Fill out all the information below and click [Submit Application].


4. After your registration is successful, the HTX team will conduct a review within three days. After the review is passed, a HTX representative will reach out to you.

How do I start earning Commission?

Step 1: Become an HTX affiliate.

• Submit your application by filling out the above form. Once our team evaluates your application and ensures you meet the criteria, your application will be approved.

Step 2: Create and Share your referral links

1. Log in to your HTX account, click on your profile icon and select [My Referral].

2. Create and manage your referral links right from your HTX account. You can track the performance of each referral link you share. These can be customized for each channel and for various discounts you would like to share with your community.

Step 3: Sit back and earn commissions.

• Once you have successfully become a HTX Partner, you can send your referral link to friends and trade at HTX. You will receive commissions up to 50% from the invitee’s transaction fees. You can also create special referral links with different fee discounts for efficient invitations.

 

How do I qualify to become a HTX Affiliate

The HTX Affiliate Program is looking for:

Video bloggers such as YouTubers, TikTokers, cryptocurrency community leaders, writers in media and people from all institutions or organizations who are interested in becoming HTX affiliates and meet one of the following criteria:

1. Own a social media account with over 5,000 followers.

2. Have a social community with over 500 members.

3. Businesses and organizations with a user base of over 2,000 people.

4. Own an independent website.

5. Hold a daily average of ≥500 HTX in the last 30 days.

Commission rules for HTX Affiliates

Level 1	40%	50%	At least 10 newly registered users have traded, and the cumulative trading volume of new users has reached 1 million USDT.
Level 2	45%	60%	At least 50 newly registered users have traded, and the cumulative trading volume of new users has reached 4 million USDT.
Level 3	50%	60%	At least 500 invitees have registered and at least 80 of them have traded. Plus, the cumulative trading volume of new users has reached 10 million USDT.

For all verified HTX Affiliates, the commission percentage will be increased to Level 1, giving them a 40% share of trading fees for Spot transactions and 50% for Derivatives transactions, up from the default 30%. If HTX Affiliates meet the upgrade criteria within the evaluation period, they will automatically move to Level 2 or Level 3. However, failure to meet quarterly evaluation criteria will result in automatic downgrade by one level in the next quarter, with Level 1 being downgraded to the level of a retail investor. Each evaluation period lasts 3 months, starting from the first commission adjustment, which is permanent and has no time limit.

Regarding level extension privileges, HTX Affiliates at Level 2 or Level 3 can have their commission level extended for one quarter after evaluation if downgraded, provided they maintain a daily average of ≥500 HTX in the last 30 days. Affiliates can use this extension once per level (at Level 2 and Level 3).
