How to Register a HTX Account【PC】

To register a new HTX account follow this step-by-step guide:

Step 1) Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right-hand side of the website as below or click the link https://www.HTX.com/

Step 2) Register for a HTX account using your mobile phone or email address

Step 3) Fill in the fields as below

• Please choose Nationality correctly as it cannot be revised after registration
• Input your Phone number or Email address
• Password must be 8-20 characters with at least 1 letter. It cannot be only numbers

Example of a valid password: h8b21xs5ea

• Optional – Key in any referral/invitation code that may have been given to you by your referrer
• Agree to the HTX User Agreement Privacy Policy and click "Sign Up".

How to Register a HTX Account【APP】

Step 1: Open HTX mobile app and click on the top-left icon.

Then click on "LOG IN" to go to the log-in page.

Step 2: When you are at the log-in page, you will see "Sign up" on the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to start registration.

Step 3: Choose your preferred registration method - phone number or email.

(1) Register with phone number
Click on "Phone" to switch to the phone registration page. Input the required information (Country, Phone Number) in the corresponding boxes. Click on "Send verification code". A text message with a verification code will be sent to the provided phone number immediately.

Once you get the code, enter it.

Enter the password for your HTX account and click "Done".

Congratulations your registration has been successful!

(2) Register with email
Click on "Email" to go to the email registration page (if you are not at this page already). Input the required information (Country, Email) in the corresponding boxes. Click on "Send verification code". An email with a verification code will be sent to the provided email address immediately.

Once you get the code, enter it.

Enter the password for your HTX account and click "Done".

Congratulations your registration has been successful!

Create and setup HTX Futures Sub-account

HTX Futures sub-accounts function is live now! All users can create 200 sub-accounts(200 for futures and 200 for perpetual swaps) at most without account balance requirement. With this function, the master account can set permissions for sub-accounts and query sub-accounts assets.

Please log in HTX Futures website to open sub-accounts function.

Step 1. Master accounts must complete risk verification and get activated first. Please visit HTX Futures official website (https://futures.HTX.be), log in your master account and click “Sub-account” from the drop-down box on the top right of web page.

Step 2. Please click “Sub-account management of Exchange” on “Sub-account” administration page.

Step 3. Go to the administration page of “Sub-account management of Exchange”. You can create sub-accounts, transfer assets from master account to sub-accounts and set login configuration here.

Notice: Only when sub-accounts’ login configuration is set successfully and passwords are created, can they be logged on website and APP.

Step 4. After creating sub-accounts, you can click “open” to open sub-accounts’ futures / perpetual swaps transaction service on the administration page. You can also change permissions, transfer assets and check balance here.


Notice:

1. Sub-accounts cannot start to trade futures / perpetual swaps directly before activating the service via master account first.
2. Users can only change sub-accounts’ passwords, unbound GA via master account.
3. The master account can create and edit the API of sub-accounts while the sub-accounts have no authority.
4. Sub-accounts will automatically share the same preferential fee rates, position limit and API rate limit of coin-margined futures, coin-margined swaps, USDT-margined swaps and options as the corresponding main account when being opened.
5. If users use both master account and its sub-accounts to participate in HTX Futures giveaway or other activities, the results will be counted on the whole performance of the master account and its sub-accounts. Awards would be deposited to the master account. Please note that sub-accounts cannot participate activities alone without master account.

How to Withdraw USD Balance

The limits for withdrawal is as below:

Minimum single withdrawal: 1,000 USD

Maximum single withdrawal: 1,000,000 USD

Step 1: Please log into HTX official website: https://www.HTX.com

Step 2: Please click “Exchange Account” under “Balances”;

Step 3: Click “Withdraw” next to USD balances. Please make sure you have completed the KYC forehead.

Step 4: Select the bank account you would like to withdraw USD to. You can add a new bank account by clicking the “Add bank account” button before you withdraw. Input the amount and click the “Withdraw” button.

How to Sell Your Cryptocurrencies for Fiat Balance

At present, the fiat currencies we support include: USD/RUB

Step 1: Click “Buy Crypto” in the header, you will be on the “Quick Buy/Sell” page.

Step 2: Click “Sell“ on the page, choose the cryptocurrency you want to sell and fiat that you are going to receive. Input the fiat amount or cryptocurrency that you would like to trade, and choose “Wallet Balance” as the payment method. Click “Sell BTC”.

Step 3: If your crypto balance is in your Exchange Wallet, will need you to click “Confirm” to transfer the crypto you want to trade to your Fiat Wallet, if you have sufficient fiat balance in your Fiat Wallet, you will go to the page in Step 4 directly.

Step 1: Log in to your HTX account using a web browser. Click here to sign up if you don’t have one.

Step 2: Click “Buy Crypto”.

Step 3: Click “P2P Market”.

Step 4: Click “Sell” and select the available cryptos on HTX P2P that you want to sell.

Step 5: Choose the “Currency” you want to exchange to then click “Search”.

How do I Withdraw Crypto

1. Log in to your HTX account. Click on “Balances” - "Exchange Account".

2. Choose the coin you want to withdraw. Using “USDT” as an example, click on “Withdraw”.

3. Input the amount and withdrawal address in which you want your USDT to be withdrawn to. Click on “Withdraw”.
 

IMPORTANT: In the case of coins such as USDT, where there are multiple chains supported (OMNI, ERC20, TRC20, HECO, ALGO), please select the appropriate chain before inputting the deposit address.

Only your USDT from the Ethereum network is compatible with your USDT-ERC20 address. Whilst, USDT coins from the Omni layer is only compatible with your USDT-Omni address. Sending your USDT coins to the incompatible address may result in the loss of your withdrawal.

As such, please check your destination wallet/exchange to confirm which network your withdrawal will transmit over and copy the appropriate deposit address as found in your destination wallet/exchange into your HTX withdrawal page.

The fund password is the password that you need to fill in when you create advertisements or sell cryptos on HTX P2P. Please save it carefully.

What Should I Do if I Forget?

1. Click on the avatar at the top right of the page and select "Account Security".
2. Scroll down until you see the “Security Password Management” and “Fund Password”, then click “Reset”.

Note:

1. The first digit of the fund password must be a letter, 8-32 digits in length, and cannot be repeated with the login password.
2. Within 24 hours after changing the fund password, the transfer and withdrawal functions are temporarily unavailable.

Why Do I Receive Usdt when I Buy/sell Bch on HTX P2P

The service of buying/selling BCH is divided into the following steps:

1. When users buy BCH:

• The third-party liquid team buys USDT from the advertiser
